This event will take place at Low Moor Farm, Over Dinsdale, Darlington. Follow the Orange arrows that will be placed leading to the venue from the B1264. The insurance cover for this event is BASIC and there is no personal accident cover for competitors, liability cover in respect of any claim made by third parties is limited to 10 million and £5 million for Medical Mal Practice. You are strongly advised to consider your own private cover to meet your personal requirements.

SIGNING ON For Youth & junior will be from 8am. Adult Signing on will open 9:00am
As you arrive please sign on. If you hold an ACU licence you must show it when signing on, so please don’t forget it or you will have to buy a day licence. ACU Day Licences can be purchased in the signing on at £15 each.
Junior riders must have a lanyard cut out device fitted & bring their own travelling marshal/minder to follow them around the course. – No Marshal = No ride. The N.E.X.C. Club cannot supply marshals for the junior riders.
Timing Transponders- after signing on Riders need to take £25 in cash to the timing team. £20 as a deposit & £5 for the hire of the transponder. Riders must ensure transponders are worn/fitted correctly (No Chip No Result) Riders are advised to check transponder is still fitted after a fall or crash.
MACHINE EXAMINATION This will take place from 8am until 8:30am for Youth male and female.
9:15am until 10:30am for adult riders.
Helmets must display the latest ACU gold or silver stamp. There will be a noise test and any machine exceeding 94dBA will be excluded
Competitor numbers and back grounds MUST be clearly visible on front and two sides. Race numbers will be on sale on the day.
EVENT BRIEFING This will be at approximately 8.40am youths, 10:45am for Adults. It is important for all riders and crew attend as there may be safety points to cover and other instructions that you need to be aware of in order for you and your crews to have a safe and enjoyable day.
THE COURSE The course is a mixture of tracks and woodland to provide you with an enjoyable days sport, the lap length is approx. 3 miles. It is essential that all competitors ride only the marked route, if competitors are observed cutting the course laps will be deducted from their totals. Take care MOTOR SPORT IS DANGEROUS. Spectator access to the course is NOT allowed.
START The Youth event will run for approximately 90 min commencing at 9am.
The adult event will commence at 11:15am for approximately 2hours 15 min.

Prior to arriving at the start line PLEASE check you have your event numbers clearly visible on your bike.
These times may alter dependant on weather conditions.
This is a multi lap event so you may start another lap providing you arrive at the start before the end of your allowed riding time, any time it takes to complete your final lap in excess of the allowed time will be shown as penalty points. NOTE 8 laps with loads of penalties beats 7 laps with no penalties.
LAP TIMING will be done by computer to allow the results to be worked out quickly. You MUST have your event number clearly visible on 3 sides of your bike. At the end of each lap you will enter the lap scoring lane, where your rider number will be entered onto the timing computer in order to record your lap. This procedure is the riders responsibility to travel slowly enough for the lap scorer to record your event number and follow any instructions given by the timing team.
RESULTS. A full set of results will be published on the club website www.nexc.club.
